Krav Maga Conditioning
This program is designed to promote weight loss and tone muscles by targeting the core and stabilization muscle groups. By combining body weight, cardio exercises, and heavy bag drills with Krav Maga techniques each participant will find a work out geared towards achieving their personal goals, while learning self-protection skills. Each session will include stretching, cardio and resistance training exercises and drills.
