Looking for a fun activity for your daycare children? The staff at Southern Minnesota Martial Arts would like to share a unique fun-filled learning experience with your day care group.
We offer one-time sessions, a monthly or twice monthly routine, or even a once-a-week outing; give us a call to find out how we can accommodate your unique group.
Whether you might be looking to enhance your efforts to prepare children for Kindergarten, looking for a new way to break up the usual routine, or just need an outlet for the extra energy children of all ages seem to have, we’d like to help.
Our basic curriculum starts with Taekwondo movements along with physical exercise. Emphasis focuses on listening skills and large motor skills; balance and coordination. The basic curriculum is designed to help.
